 Yes its true... This beautiful Buffalo Grove townhome for sale went under contract in  1 day..   In this market, this is very exciting news for  the seller, buyer, buyer's realtor and myself.  In addition to this townhome,  I listed two other  Buffalo Grove single family homes this past  month that went under contract in less than 2 weeks.  How do I accomplish this?  I can honestly say its a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck!

As a Buffalo Grove realtor, everywhere I go, people are asking me how is the real estate market doing?  Before I answer this 64 dollar question, I want to pose to them one question,  are you a  potential buyer or a potential seller? At  this time I can honestly say that it looks that 2010 is going to a better year than 2009 for both buyers and sellers

Although the average Buffalo Grove sales price in 2010 is  $30,000 less than the 2009 average sales price, there were twice as many homes sold in January 2010 than in  January 2009.  Also, the average days on the market in 2010 is less than 1/2of the days on the market  in 2009.  What does this mean?   Buffalo Grove seller's are beginning to grasp the current real estate market and  are pricing their homes to sell  fast rather than stay on the market for an extended period of time.
