Stevenson Patriots' Volleyball Team Start off with Win Over New Trier Trevians written by Josh Greenberg It was a great start for the Stevenson Freshman Boy's A volleyball team as they received the victory over New Trier. Coach Pinta left the same lineup in the third game as the second game... and it was the right move. By the third game, Stevenson's freshman team was playing together as a well oiled machine and New Trier couldn't defend them. They strolled into a 25-15 victory. It was definately ateam effort and the players are all looking forward to playing Carmel High School on April 7th... Come cheer the Volleyball teams on April 7th at 5:00.

The first Volleyball match started a little slow for the Stevenson Patriots as they lost the first game 25-13. The team wasn't in sync as passes were flying everywhere. But the second game of the match was a different story for the Patriots' freshman team. Passes got to the setter and the hits were going down for points as they slid into a close 25-18 victory.
