According to data from the Multiple listing Service, a total of 76 Wheeling condo units were sold from January 1 2009 until today, July 27th 2009. Most indicators are reflecting that the Wheeling condo market is picking up and in the second half of the year, there will even be greater activity. The chart below does not reflect all the new construction condo sales in Wheeling.
