Grosse Pointe Village in Vernon Hills

As a successful Vernon Hills area realtor, my job is similar to that of a matchmaker – finding the  right home for my client, based on all of the desirable characteristics my client is seeking. As most of you already know, I am also a matchmaker too..   One area I love is the family-friendly Grosse Pointe Village subdivision. The neighborhood boasts over 540 single family homes, two updated parks, three prime baseball fields, tennis courts, walking paths, and terrific schools.

The vast majority of the subdivision attends grade school in the Diamond Lake School District 76 and Adlai E. Stevenson High School. Residents on Williams Way attend Hawthorn Elementary District 73 and Mundelein High School. District 76 is noted for its small size and diverse population. Fairhaven School, Diamond Lake School, and West Oak Middle School students from Grosse Pointe Village continue on to nationally recognized Adlai E. Stevenson High School.
