Adlai Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire- Illinois has again received the School Search Bright A+ award for Academic Excellence. Stevenson Highschool is one of only 60 Illinois school districts out of 871 in the state honored with this award. Other Lake County high school districts honored were Barrington, Deerifield, Lake Forest, Lake Zurich and Libertyville. Also honored were three of Stevenson's feeder schools, Aptakisic Tripp District 102, Kildeer- Countrysde District 96 and Lincolnshire- Prairie View District 103. 
Whether you have children or not, buying a home in a community with good schools is very important. Well regarded schools increase property values and add to the desirability of a community.
Students who live in certain areas of Lincolnshire, Buffalo Grove, Long Grove attend Stevenson High School if they are included in the school's district boundaries. A small percentage of Vernon Hills, Riverwoods, Lake Zurich and Hawthorn Woods residents also attend Stevenson Highschool The Junior High feeder schools include Woodlawn Junior High(District 96), Aptakistic Junior High(District 102), Daniel Wright Junior High (District 103) and portions of West Oak Junior High and Fremont Junior High Schools( District 76).

Yes, people move to the Buffalo Grove Area in order to attend Stevenson. By the way I of course subscribe to the theory Better Late than Never! Sometimes Im even ok with never depending on the situation.
Stevenson is always a top performer, and Lake Zurich is a great district as well. We have some great schools here in Illinois...and likewise some brilliant children! :)
